The position


As a Sr. Associate Global Pricing Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:


  • Develop and manage a robust business analytics platform to support Price optimization modelling, Reference pricing impact analysis, Business Case reviewing.
  • Provide robust pricing & contracting recommendations to senior management and drive the pricing strategy, guidance, and forecast development within the assigned therapy area(s).
  • Manages, monitors, and optimizes prices for in-line products in order to optimize value of portfolio and Share insights with the stakeholders as a result of the analyses.
  • Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of continuous improvement’ and share recommendations with the manager.
  • Drive pilot projects, track & monitor progress to ensure future stabilization and ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to stakeholders.

Qualifications


To be our new Sr. Associate Global Pricing Manager, we are looking for someone with:


  • Master’s degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute – M.B.A, MSc. International Management, master’s in health economics or Under-graduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), Engineering (BTech)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Pharma industry. At least 1 year of experience in a Global or Regional Pharma Pricing function or 2 years of experience from a Business Area or affiliate Pricing & Reimbursement function. Consulting experience would be a plus.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business acumen, strategic and operational thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Technical proficiency in automating reports and visualizing data in Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

You will join our Commercial - GBS unit, which is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial - GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
