Responsibilities Include:

IBP Workstream Delivery Lead, a typical day might include the following:

• Organize workstream and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the client (for the whole lifecycle of the implementation

  
  

• Present workstream level data to senior management.

  
  

• Ensure that the workstream meets defined quality standards and KPI’s and that goals are met for client satisfaction.

  
  

• Deliver successful workstream outcomes based on KPIs.

  
  

• Lead IBP functional and technical teams in the execution and delivery of the workstream

  
  

• Maintain alignment between all stakeholders and engineers.

  
  

• Ensure workstream is meeting quality metrics and overall success criteria and KPI’s.

  
  

• Oversee the overall delivery and integration of SAP IBP platform

  
  

To land this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing and SAP IBP Implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills to different audiences including Senior leadership and executives.
• Knowledge of and experience working with development teams.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to aggregate and present technical data at a program level and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.

  Education:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology, Supply Chain and logistics or Procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP Modules and certifications are preferable
