Job Description

As part of the Network health, Trust & Safety team, the candidate will support in creating mechanisms for the delivery service partner network health (DSP NH) and the trust and safety (TS) charters as per worldwide benchmarking and localization to the MENA region. This includes but is not limited to 1- creating and executing the mechanisms required for tracking corrective action plans sent to DSPs, 2-creating and executing the mechanisms required for issuing and tracking breach of contract notices to DSPs, 3-creating and executing the mechanisms required for the monitoring enforcement matrix which will cover on all elements of risk (high or low) and 4-creating the DSP Exit Playbook, which should become the standard operating process across the region of Mena, ensuring that our partners are accountable for their business practices and actions to address them when needed, and more importantly, allowing visibility over key metrics for all the stated above mechanisms to business and leadership.
The candidate will benchmark world wide standards and best practices in order to maximize parity while localizing for the specifics of the region, working in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to establish a dashboard that can provide visibility on the DSP network health taking into account all required inputs (Transportation Risk & Compliance (TRC), Business, Legal, Operations, etc.).
Also, the candidate will work hand-in-hand with TRC, DSP program managers and other AMZL teams as an independent party to ensure enforcement is fair and consistent.
Lastly, in the trust and safety charter, the candidate will create regional standard operating procedures for escalation management, making sure key metrics are tracked, and making sure that escalations are investigated fairly and communication to all relevant stakeholders about decision and/or appeals is done in a timely and clear manner.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Cairo, EGY
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, speak and writes English and Arabic fluently.
- Process design and optimization expertise and certification (six sigma green belt+).
- Ability to work with tech teams to setup dashboards, ease with interpreting data and situations.
- Excellent analytical skills (business analysis background is a plus).
- Ease in collecting business requirements. Ability to structure work and create documents that are brief and to the point, is able to work on multiple projects, can re-prioritize according to events, extremely organized
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Lean enterprise and Six Sigma.
- People management skills.
- Great and clear communication skills, verbal and in writing.
