Marketer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketer to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the talent development or education industry, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.

- Prepare and present marketing reports and proposals to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the talent development or education industry.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Saudi tenders' platforms such as Etimad.

- Experience in managing marketing budgets and financial planning.
