Job Description

Job Title: Heavy Track & Trailer Fabricator

Positions Available: 11

Salary: 180 OMR per month

Location: Oman

Working Hours: 8 Hours + Overtime

Interview Mode: CV Selection followed by Skype Interview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair heavy tracks and trailers.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand job requirements.
  • Utilize welding and cutting equipment to shape and assemble metal components.
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections on fabrication equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets the required safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve fabrication processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and quality control.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in fabrication or welding is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in heavy track and trailer fabrication.
  • Proven experience in welding, cutting, and assembling metal components.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of different welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) and metalworking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
