Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.
• Document processes, solutions, and knowledge for future reference.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Required Experience is 3-7 Years.
• Experience working with SQL / MySQL / MongoDB or any database and writing simple queries to get Data for debugging issues.
• Must have hands on experience on L1/L2 support.
• Knowledge on with any of the languages like JAVA, Python, PHP, Shell Scripting, Node.JS, JavaScript, UNIX/ LINUX etc.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
• Quick troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Working knowledge of any programming language to DEBUG CODE. 8. Web-application / MOBILE debugging skills
