Job Description

The candidate for this role will be responsible for outbound program management across email and push notifications, executing campaign strategies aimed at driving discovery, trials and engagement with the right content. The candidate should be an experienced marketer with deep customer marketing knowledge, and broad experience in CRM / Outbound Marketing, including acquisition, engagement, and/or product marketing. Candidates will have experience managing internal stakeholders across teams, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. Driving results through continuous improvement, and learning through exhaustive testing is highly valued. This role will be based out of Mumbai.
Key job responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role driven by a customer mindset coupled with sharp analytical skills, and a high sense of business ownership. Rigorous implementation and proven ability to influence without authority will be critical to succeed in this role.
 Deliver Business Impact: Design an impactful outbound marketing plan leveraging key datapoints based on current reach and past campaigns to drive for highest potential engagement from email and push notifications campaigns
 Rigorous Optimization: Deeply analytical, Create innovative experiments to drive for incremental streamers. A/B test creatives and copy to maximize CTRs. Prior experience with BIG tests
 Implement with Accuracy & Efficiency: Deliver planned Outbound Marketing campaigns by managing the operations team’s processes to ensure highest level of efficiency and accuracy in creating email and push notification campaigns
 Performance Management: Publish Outbound Marketing performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders
 Stakeholder Management: Influence internal stakeholders on the prioritization of outbound campaigns to drive for maximum engagement and viewers, with minimal impact to opt-outs
 Fully leverage automation: Support rollout of automated campaigns, working closely with Global Product teams. Track performance of these campaigns to ensure that they are delivering strong results for India
 Understand the Consumer: Using a targeted approach, send the right content to the right customer segment to maximize campaign engagement

- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience designing, creating and executing Email and Push Notification campaigns at scale
- Deep Experience running A/B tests and experiments, extracting learnings and scaling impact
- Experience briefing creatives and upholding high standards of assets that drive conversion
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior stakeholders
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Ability to transform thinking quickly from high-level, strategic thinking into auditing detailed execution
- Excellent communications skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior executives
- Writes with laser-sharp clarity, using data to support assertions while still inspiring new thoughts and solutions
- Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams balancing quality and speed
- Knowledge of SQL at the interemdiate level
- Knowledge of HTML at the intermediate level
