Summary
Monitor and provide enhancements to all key performance indicators (2G, 3G, & LTE), perform troubleshooting on all variable operating sites, and making required analyses.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily network statistics and promptly address any observed degradation. Drive improvements in KPIs, reduce congestion and drops, optimize handover, location update, paging, and CSSR in the designated area, and initiate capacity requests as required. Conduct radio performance testing on newly integrated sites. Perform drive test analyses and implement necessary actions to enhance area performance. Adjust radio parameters to optimize quality and performance.
