Skills
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both arabic and english, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- A strong ability to problem-solve and find solutions to customer issues.
- A positive and patient attitude, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software programs.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team (remote setting).
