Ocean Freight Executive

Overview: 
We are seeking an incumbent for the position of "Ocean Freight Executive" who will be responsible for handling day-to-day import shipments & operational activities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop customer relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide updates & status to customers
•Collaborate with team to jointly develop new or enhance existing procedures relating to service deliverables to maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with team on reviewing and analyzing complaints, handling Receivable & Payable.
• To ensure that all customer inquiries are responded promptly & professionally.
• Well-versed on Import Documentation
Experience: Minimum 2- 4 years of import & export operational experience at freight forwarding or shipping line.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification in a relevant field
