Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English and will bring a wealth of experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and strategic planning. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong ability to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for events, festivals, and pop-ups.
- Coordinate with homegrown brands, SMEs, food trucks, and entertainment providers to create appealing and cohesive event experiences.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, influencers, UGC content creators, and performers to enhance event visibility and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital content, advertisements, and printed collateral.
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and traditional media.
- Design and manage offline marketing initiatives such as posters, flyers, and billboards.
- Organize and promote performances, workshops, and other event activities to drive attendee engagement.
- Negotiate and establish barter deals with partners and vendors to maximize event resources and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events, festivals, or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
