PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against project milestones.
• Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Utilize project management software tools to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Implement Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methodologies to facilitate project execution and delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technology projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies, with experience in implementing these methodologies in technology projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in data technology projects is a plus.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
