Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Management:
- Ensure excellence in sales, service supervision, and customer loyalty.
- Implement strategies to achieve periodic sales targets.
- Maintain a flawless store image.
- Share sales results and customer feedback with retail departments.
- Control staff uniforms and store layout condition.
- Manage licenses expiry dates and obtain mall permits.
- Forecast and control the store shopping bags quantity.
Personnel Development and Management:
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of all activities.
- Organize daily briefings to encourage, motivate, and engage the team.
- Monitor the performance of each salesperson and suggest personal development programs.
Operations:
- Observe and apply company procedures to ensure all guidelines are respected.
- Manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor and optimize store costs.
- Manage administrative procedures and inventory.
- Prepare for SALE periods and events.
- Conduct store maintenance checks and control damage stock.
