You will be responsible for performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. That includes developing an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team and suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
 


As a Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
 


  • Oversighting and managing Tool Stores employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
  • Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sourcing, maintenance, manufacturing and supply chain.  
  • Handling tool management and stock control, including TDM implementation and management.
  • Verifying of Returned Machine Tools and consumables to verify Issues and root cause.
  • Ensuring we align to Maintenance and Tooling Budgets.
  • Managing and report out on weekly spend and commitments as well as forecasting future demands and usage.
  • Managing the calibration dairy and suppliers ensuring update to Asset management system and documentation

To be successful in this role you will:
 


  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • Have advanced level training in TDM Systems
  • Have background in CNC Machining and Machine Tools.
  • Have deep understanding of ISO9001 and calibration processes
