Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring Strategies.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through communication and conflict resolution
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
- Performance Management:
- Administer performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations and benefit-related inquiries.
- Prepare salary statement every month end.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
Skills
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
