Lead and manage the External Communications activities to deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness, producing online content (intranet and internet), generating ideas for new content types. Bring strategy and brand to life through storytelling. Researching and organizing facts and sources, interviewing sources. Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original. Manage the provision of a comprehensive range of services, including overseeing the content of Communication materials and preparation of Company publications to meet company’s requirements aiming at promoting a favorable image for the company.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in journalism, media, communications.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in progressive and more senior-level roles in External communications. Preferably experience in a large-scale organization with complex business operations or experience working in various industries. At least 5 years in a managerial / supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of corporate communication strategy development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of public relations strategy development and implementation, and ability to devise strategies that drive business results.
• Creative and innovative approach to communications with the ability to identify new ways of working and lead change.
• Strong knowledge of reputation management techniques and concepts.
• Knowledge of the Group’s operations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored corporate communication strategies in line with specific business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
