Job Description

  • Create and publish Job Ads on various recruitment portals. 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes, contact details and reference checks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews 
  • Assist the HRBP in the following:
  • Reference Checks, Job offering, Issuing Contracts.
  • Onboarding process for New Hires.
  • Send Regret Emails for Candidates.
  • Create and publish Surveys on Survey Monkey.
  • Organize, coordinate, and prepare all required arrangements for Employment Fairs and recruitment events.
  • Meeting and welcoming all teaching body in School for two weeks at the beginning of the Academic Year.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as Human Capital Specialist or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
