Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Pallavi Puri Couture, a renowned luxury brand in India. As an Indian Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our esteemed clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store

- Understand and communicate the unique features and benefits of Pallavi Puri Couture products to customers

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect luxury items based on their preferences, needs, and budget

- Provide accurate product information, including materials, sizes, and pricing

- Maintain a deep knowledge of current fashion trends and the luxury brands industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods

- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

- Assist in visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that the store is well-presented at all times

- Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate them to customers

- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
