Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support through prioritizing, documenting, and actively responding to and resolving end-user technical incidents and problems; installing and configuring new computer systems, PCs, and laptops; installing, upgrading, and fixing office applications, operating systems, and antivirus; and executing regular maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in the same or related field.
• a proactive approach with good analytical ability.
• Good command in English (spoken and written) and Arabic would be an advantage.
