Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our company's ongoing operations and procedures. As COO, you will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG sector, a proven track record of effective team leadership, and a deep understanding of business functions from production to distribution.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Operational Management:

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in various departments (Production, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient and effective execution of all business activities.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠Strategic Planning:

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.

•⁠ ⁠Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

•⁠ ⁠Quality and Compliance:

•⁠ ⁠Ensure that the company’s operational procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain continuous quality improvement in all areas of operations.

•⁠ ⁠Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.
