Description

We are seeking a skilled Sap Project Manager to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Sap Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of Sap implementation projects. You will be a vital player in the organization's growth by ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

As a Sap Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, tracking and managing project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating project updates to stakeholders at all levels. You will collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements, and develop project plans that align with their objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding team members, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage Sap implementation projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Ensure project requirements and scope are well-defined and effectively communicated to all team members
  • Manage project risks and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and upcoming milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing Sap implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Sap modules, functionalities, and best practices
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable
