In-house Content Creator & Personal Assistant position for an entrepreneur expat family. This job is perfect for someone who doesn’t want a boring office job, likes having a wide variety of tasks, prefers something low stress and never feels like a task is too small for them.

For this job you’ll be doing things like…
- Generate creative concepts and ideas for multimedia content aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, images, infographics, and written copy, across various channels.
- Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Data gathering and collection.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Running errands and managing household tasks.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Responding emails.
- Managing contractors – handyman, electrician, maids, drivers etc.

- Written and spoken English are essential.
- Strong boundaries – this is a professional yet casual work environment. Most things you’ll do are of a personal nature; you will be working from our home office in the family villa.
- Available during the work week, bonus points if you can also occasionally be free during evenings or weekends.
- Demonstrated experience as a media content creator, with a diverse portfolio showcasing content across various formats such as video, images, and written copy.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, shareable content for different platforms (Discord, Twitter-X, Instagram, etc.).
- Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms and formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and content optimization techniques.
- Be extremely discrete.
- Be obsessed with organization and ensuring everything is in its place.
- Be able to adapt to situations as they arise.
- Be a genuine person (sorry, no bullsh**t here!).
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
